I want 20in rims but can not figure out what size tires to get. I had the 18's on my old car with the dimensions 225/40/18 and liked how they looked. I actually want tires with my rims (not riding on blades). I do not want to be riding almost on my rims. What I mean is, I do not want to hit a pot hole or curve and my rims are ruined. I was recommend 225/30/20. That just seems way to small. Thats pretty much an inch from rim to pavement. How much bigger can I get with the tires. Thanks a lot for the help.
