I just bought a dodge neon 1995, and I'm looking to fix it up, If anyone has experience with cars and can let me know what theses problems are and how I can fix them please let me know...
1. The air that comes out of the vents smells dusty
2. when reversing uphill the car cuts off
3. when you get to around 4000 rpms the car starts to shake
