Help for Samsung Galaxy Ace

Hi All,

I need immediate help.

I just bought my Galaxy Ace a week ago, the problem suddenly arising is that the phone goes completely blank after lying unused for about 20 - 25 minutes, I can try switching it on with the power button or tap the screen it just goes simply dead. The only solution I found is taking out the battery and putting it back again and only then will it come back to life.
