...yes, use 115200 baudrate (for serial cable). Other trick, if you fullflash phone, check ReCalc Keys. After fullflash, your phone will be unlocked (not need to enter in SKey menu after...).

Rebal flash IC then flash it.If not rehoot flash,will work some hours and after =WRONG SOFTWARE.
