Help finding the type of car I want?

I'm looking for a used car, I have been taught to never buy a new car x)

I want:
-affordable gas, high mpg (24-40, whatever)
-great high horsepower motor (minimum stock 200hp)
-able to install turbo kit (maybe, but this isn't necessary as it's my first car)
-room for two 15" subs
-preferable import (Honda, Nissan, Acura, etc)


What am I looking for?
