Help finding the phone for me!

My Qtek 8310 just crapped out on me...I somehow managed to crack the screen! I never even dropped the phone once in over a year and a half...

Anyways, I absolutely need:
Full Internet Browser
Calendar

I'ld really like:
Cheaper the better, but will spend more if it's worth it
Wifi
3G
Touch Screen
3.5mm Headphone jack

I'm considering the Nokia N75 and the E62...between these two which is the winner? What else should I look at? How are Treos for internet browsing? Cingular is my provider and I would like to stick with them. Are there any good Sony phones I should consider? I'm leaning towards a Symbian phone and away from Microsoft phones...although I'ld love a Linux phone if there were any new ones...

All I've seen are bad reviews for the P990 and the n75. If you're thinking of the E series, I would go with the E61i, adds wifi.

I think the firwmare for P990i is now stable enough.
The big downside is it doens't support EDGE which makes it impractical to be used for data in US, where it's 3G won't work. And it doesn't support 850, another downside to be used in Cingular.
Unfortunately, most current SonyEricsson phones don't support EDGE and 850, except those officially available from Cingular (that's why I switched to Nokia after I need heavy data use).

E61i is a cheaper choice for your need. 3G won't work though.

The only Nokia 3G phone will work in US is N75.

If you don't care about 3G, the Nokia 6290 is under $300 on Ebay, unlocked. No touchscreen either; but other than the lack of 3G, and using standard connectors instead of PopPort, it's similar to the N75.
