It must have been a 90s/2000s show. It was live action and animated I think. Featured a superhero. I think a captain or something. Also a villain was a female spider creature. I remember an episode where the real life kid trys to explain to the superhero about the refrigerator and how the light works and ect. I've been looking for a long time. Its been bothering me.
