These are probably not at the law library, but filed in the court files. Go to the court house where the divorce was heard, and ask to see the file. These files are public records, but it might help if you know the case number. Even without it you will be able to find the court files, but it takes longer.
IF the court has their records on the internet you might be able to locate them there. Most do not post these type of records.
If you want to view examples of what the petition and divorce decree look like in any divorce you can ask to court clerk to let you look at the pleadings in a court file.
Just remember that you need to address the termination of the marriage, the separation of the marital property, and the conservatorship and support of the children.
