Help finding an Iphone app?

Hi I'm looking for an Iphone app that can record the following information regarding my job.
Date, Start time, Finish Time, Job Name, Odometer Start and Odometer Finish, Total Time and total KM.
I would also like to be able to email that info straight from the app.
Any ideas?
