Help finding a store In Ontario that sells Bicycle tires?

This is the tire I'm looking for.

Now it doesn't have to be those exact, but I am looking for tires that have studs on them, are designed for winter, snow and ice conditions and is priced at under 40 dollars. I live in the GTA and anywhere in that area would be perfect :) Thanks in advance.
 
You will rarely find studded tires in even bike shops. Best you can do is call bike shops in your area or order them on-line.
