Help finding a dirt bike trail/park in Charlotte, North carolina?

I have never rode before and wanna try it out and cant seem to find a website that will show me a dirt trail or place that i could rent a bike.....
My friend from another state says he will teach me so i wanna try it out.
do most parks rent out cycles?
and like does anyone know of a park or a website that will show me?( for free)
