help find newspaper obituaries in 1993 for free no credit card needed....?

i lost my grandma when i was 8 years old (1993) i am looking for her obituariy article. she was in another state and i have no acesse to the liabary in that city. i need to use what i have here... My Computer and the good ol' inernet. i do not have a credit card nor anyone to get one from.
so my question is ..... Is there a website i can go FOR FREE and need no credit card to even apply and get everything from the newspaper or anything else?
