help... father left on business?

my older sister is such a b__ch and i am living with her 4 months because my father is on a business trip. she is 25 and married and i am 12 in between her and her husband i feel as if i am living in hell. she is so strict and my father gave both of them permission to spank me and my brother-in-law is so mean to me i have to go to bed at 8 and they have so many rules and today is friday i did not do any chores and i got into a fight with him and he spanked me hard i was crying so hard and now he won't let me go to my friends sleep over tonight, how can i make sure he won't spank me again even though my father gave him permission and how can i get to go to the sleep over?
please don't tell me to call the cops or cps.
 
omggg thats harsh...call ur dad and explain to him wat happened. if he feels sympathy for u and has a talk w. ur brother in law, then ur problem free, but if ur dad agrees with wat hes doing, then theres nothing much u can do.
 
He is in now way related to you so why should he be able to spank you? Ignore him. Give him the silence treatment, then he will probably feel bad.

Or a Hunger Strike.
