!!!HELP Emergency!!!!...someone stole my bike!?

I live in Philadelphia PA in the city. And just last night someone stole my motorcycle! The thing is its registered in NJ but i had lost the papers. do i still call the police? can they still trace my motorcycle down?
 
YES CALL THE POLICE....WHAT IF IT WAS SOMEONE THAT KNEW THAT YOU DIDNT HAVE THE PAPERS FOR IT?????HOW DID THEY STEAL IT???
