Help!?! dropped my verizon wireless droid and i dont have insurance!?

So about a week ago I dropped my verizon wireless droid and the screen completely cracked!!!. I've only had the phone for about 4 months!!!!! The problem is my mom didn't buy me insurance (which was a dumb idea). I really don't want to pay full price for a new phone!..what should I do????
