Help downloading Adobe Flash Player to install Spore?

i had already installed Spore but i accidentally uninstalled it and now i want to play it again but i cant install it... I have installed the EA Download Manager but when i double click it, it says that i have to have a flash player plugin then redirects me to the Adobe Flash Player installer. I try to install it but it says "Your security settings do not allow websites to use ActiveX controls installed on your computer..." then it doesn't let me download the Flash Player... Please help me!
