Help!!? Do I still have an eating disorder?

I used to be bulimic, and I got nutritional and psychological counseling to help me through it, and for a while I felt like I was starting to get better, but I think it might be coming back...And I'm not sure if this is just normal healthy eating and weight loss or if I still have issues. I don't throw up anymore, or take laxatives and I only take ECGC every once in a while (green tea extract, helps to speed metabolism). I do weights 3 times a week now, and I try to do cardio everyday. I just started keeping a food journal again, and I look at the calories in EVERYTHING. I try to eat 1600 calories a day, and I make sure it's all healthy (sometimes I binge, and it gets a little unpretty..)

I research weight loss and nutrition and fitness everyday, and its driving me crazy, but I can't stop. I make sure I eat every 2-3 hours.

I'm 5'5", 20 year old female, 127 lbs...and would like to be somewhere around 115lbs...

I just don't know if this is normal and okay because you kinda have to be obsessive to lose weight, or if I'm slipping into old habits....
And this year, I have only had my period 5 times....I just missed my last one again, and NO I'm not and have never been pregnant, and YES, I'm sure.
