My Fiance went through a divorce a few year back and his ex-spouse will not talk to us about their child's health. She won't contact us about medical appointments, bills, or her medical concerns. She is telling the doctors that he has to pay 100% of the bill and no one tells us and then it goes to creditors. My fiances lawyer won't help us whatsoever so we want to take it into our own hands but don't know who to contact. Please help! Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!
