Help deciding a car. Help?

I am having a hard time choosing between buying a 1998 Honda Civic or a 1999 Mazda protege. What would you choose and why?
 
totally go with Mazda protege. Every other car you see is a freakig honda civic...it's like the most boring car there is.

The Mazda protege may not be a sports car either, but at least its not a sight for sore eyes.
 
Both great on gas and have about the same power.

The Mazda handles better. As good as some sports cars of the 90's.
The Honda is cheaper to maintain and more reliable. The Mazda is also very reliable, but Honda is more.

I had a 92 Civic and now have a 96 Mazda Protege.

Test drive them to see what you like more. Both are great.
