back in april 2008 i went to a deli store to order me a hoagie.as i was telling the man what i want on my hoagie i took a step back and fell. the man that open the basement door did not tell me or tap me. so i fell and hung on to the railing. then the door shut on me and i fell some more down the steps and landed on my back. i turned over and the door opened and he was coming down stairs and sad to me are i alright. then he helped me up, when i got to the top of the stairs he started saying oh mad man my bad. then he sad stop playing man stop playing you faking it man you gotta leave. also i have a witness that saw the whole thing. my friend helped me get home and i called the cops. the cops went back to the store and talked to the guy. the cops sad the the guy don,t wanna talk or and is refusing to come out. i have a lawyer and i went to the hospital. my suffered back pains, shoulder pain, cuts and scraps and some bleeding. i been to therapy for my pain. and i have medical records of the damage. do you think i will win?
