Help coolant leaking from weep hole in Honda CR250 Dirt bike 2001?

some ppl keep mentioning it's the water pump I should replace. I ust filled the coolant up and I know I put too much in there but now every time I start the bike, it's leaking out of the weep hole. Any ideas on what it could be or what I should replace? Thanks!
 
I have the same problem but I did not over fill my radiator. You can fill the radiator on my bike it and just runs out the weep hole. I will work on it this week and can let you know what I find.
