I am trying to make this section into FBML. I am using PageBreeze HTML editor so have no idea how to do it.

teamwork and training of the {TME} “United” members determines whether our
Family/Clan lives or dies.<br>As a Family our goal is help everyone understand
each of us are a valuable member, and we must aspire to be the leaders in one
form or another. Evidently, this is supposed to ensure that the person has
ambition, courage, spunk, honesty, drive. It is the role of our leaders Nelson,
Kimberly, Dice, and Elizabeth to instill this in each member. Our goal is to
create a peaceful setting where friendly competition drives us to be the best we
can be while providing a helping hand throughout the organization we send a
clear message of cooperation, teamwork and loyalty.<br>Everyone does not have to
strive to be the leader in {TME} “United but you do lead by example. Some are
consummate hunters or caregivers or jokesters, but each seems to gravitate to
the role he does best. This is not to say there are not challenges to authority,
position and status - there are we cannot allow those who seek to destroy us to
succeed. <br>{TME} “United” members are not threatened by other clans or
mafia’s. We develop our courage, ambition, honesty and loyalty by constantly
engaging ourselves with other members of our Family, we hone and develop our
skills through interaction. We are masters of planning for the moment of
opportunity so when one presents itself, and it will, we are ready to
act.<br>Because of
training, preparation, planning, communication and a preference for action,
{TME} “United” members expectation is always to be victorious. {TME} “United”
members attitude is always that success will come we all share in the
