Help- connecting H15 Motorola Bluetooth to PS3?

Found my dad's old bluetooth that he used a while back is a H15 Motorola. It will scan the bluetooth fine but when the pass code comes up I tried 0000, 1234, 000o and nothing seems to work. My dad said he never used a passcode with his phone. How can I reset the code to default or just get it to work period?
