HELP: CINGULAR SIM CARD QUESTION?

if i purchase a 2g cingular sim card for my sci phone, can i have the same rate plans as a at&t sim card (unlimited talk, text, web, etc.)?
 
Not really sure what you are asking, but Cingular Wireless is AT&T. There are still millions of customers who haven't changed SIMs and still use the old Cingular SIMs. The SIMs don't have any impact on what rate plans are available.

Also, a 3G phone will require a 3G SIM and will not operate with a 2G/2.5G SIM.
