help choosing new phone with call recorder

I have a Storm now, I couldn't believe it would'nt record my calls like all my previous phones (standard flip phones). I really need this feature even if it is one way only, to get customers info, adress, phone #, etc (I'm in the service industry)
I don't like the touch screen keyboard, my fingers are too big. So a seperate keyboard and larger screen are a must as well. a slide away type like the droid would work.
Don't use many apps often mostly just phone, email & text with occasional web browsing.

I walked into a Verizon store ad tried to get a rep to help with this, and they had no clue.

Any suggestions? I did a search, wasn't much current info on the voice recorder stuff.
Thanks!

There're some Apps for the DROID, but the reviews are not good, maybe in future Apps. Recording conversations maybe illegal but it does come in handy, use texting/email if possible, their words are recorder by print.

The DROID is a wide open phone, its capabilities/limits will be set by the imaginations of App designers. If someone can develop an App for something, the DROID will do it.

I call BS.
To be as polite as possible, The motorola droid has the potential to do a lot.
However, in my opinion...it's not completely open source ...if you have to "root it" to accomplish your needs.
There is a nice little app called vrecorder that is reportedly android 2.0 compatible, available on the android market, but the "in-call" recording feature is artificially disabled on the moto Droid (because of possible legal ramifications). Vrecorder "in-call" recording feature works on HTC Eris (while on verizon).
Because of motorola droids artificial handicap, I have found it necessary to revert back to my treo 755P with "Call record" loaded. Sure it's not as pretty as the moto droid, but at least it lives up to its potential.
