Up for my Verizon New Every 2 and want a new, free phone. Which of these should I choose?

-I need more feedback on the KRZR. Have seen good and bad things about it. Main concerns: durability, battery life, touch buttons
-My bf has the LG and he likes it but I don't know that I want to get the same phone. When did this phone come out?
-W385 is obviously new. Is it hackable? Will it seem like a downgrade and too low-end compared to my E815 that I have right now?
Factors most important to me are:
-Compatible with my Jabra BT130 bluetooth and good bluetooth sound quality
-Good Speakerphone
-good call reception and quality
-vibrate option for rings and/or vibrate then ring
-decent battery life
