I Have a blackberry storm and I need to change the PIN2 code. I blocked myself out but I have the PUK key. I enter the puk key and it says enter new PIN2 Code. After I enter and confirm it, it says unable to change PIN2 Code.
Does anybody know how I can successfully change the PIN2 Code?
