I was hit at a junction from the passenger side...I was going straight ahead and the other driver was coming up a blind bend of a hill...I didn't see the other car until impact...I'm 100% certain she never had her lights on and it was also raining....when I was able to get out of my vehicle I also noticed the lights were not on but the police officer at the scene didn't say much and said it was my fault! Is there any point pursuing this? Or am I going to be in the wrong either way?
