Help! Cannot send or receive MMS on generic quad band gsm phone for t-mobile.?

Okay, so I bought this random phone on amazon called the "Q-mobile 5310" its essentially a knock off. I cant send or receive mms and I dont know what to search for considering this is a pretty unknown phone...
