Help? Bra Sizing and fitting...?

I'm 15... so i'm not like way full but i do have a decent amount there... so i just got new bras... and i fully touch the cups... but... i feel like they stick out way far... there cute but... i want bras that fit with out making me like tiny or making me feel like they stick out far... where is a good place to look at bras and stuff? or how to know if they fit right...?
 
Honestly, i think the best thing to do is go to victoria's secret and get fitted. Once you know your true size they will give you a box with every style bra in your correct size. That way you can see how they are supposed to fit in the different styles. From there you can just pick the color and pattern
