Help!Blood/red stains on the rim and cap of my bottled water from which I drank

from,What to do? I don't know what to do.I was drinking some water from Poland spring bottled water and after a few drinks from it I realized that there were blood/red stains on the rim and inside the cap of the bottle.I don't know where it came from from because my mouth was not bleeding.The blood/stain looks dried.I am afraid please help me.I tried calling Poland Spring,but they were closed.What should I do?Should I take it to a laboratory?Am I going to contract something bad?Please help me!
