I do believe its for repair imei, BB is unlocked already so I know its not used to unlock ormaybe you know it can be used for something that I dont, please tell me what that may be
RadioLabTool does not repair your IMEI. You can change the IMEI, but you will have to have another IMEI to input. There is no reason to "repair" the IMEI of your BB, I believe you want to change its PIN as you can't get a data plan activated and the PIN is blacklisted, correct? IMEI numbers rarely are blacklisted.
