Help! AT+T & TS Network settings

I have a Nokia 6820 Cell Phone....I've always have been able to connect flawless with my old 6280. When i called AT&T to help connecting the Palm with the new phone, he lady was an idiot and had me delete all my setting when all I need was to pair the new phonewith the palm.

If you connect your palm through At&T what are the network setting? The phone is paired with my Palm but I can not get them to connect. It keeps saying modem no found.

In Perferences this is what I have:

Service: At&T Wiless GPRS

User Name: Blank

Password: Blank

Phone: *99#


Does anything look wrong here???

Hi imgg!

Since the network here in China is different from yours, so i can't tell how to set up by detail!
I once saw a thread says that not every phone you can use *99#,
when you use a SonyEricssonT628 you should use *99***2# instead, cuz The CID of T628 is 2. I don't know what hell it is, anyway it works with *99***2#. My point is maybe your new cell has a different CID with your old one.

By the way, you also have to fill up the DNS.

Forgive, but I don't understand....what is tthe DNS?

Thanks for the tip, but it didn't work. You would think AT+T would know.....they are really not trained well on the bluetooth.
