Hey there! Me and 2 friends are planning on a vacation from aug 16-25 to spain and france. we'd like to visit barcelona, nice & st. tropez. We want to keep it at about $1500-2000/person, preferably closer to 1500 . Whats the best and cheapest way of doing our trip? Also what are some good places to find deals/packages? where to stay? which order of cities to visit? things to see in those places? night life? Also we're college students so advice from that perspective would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
