okay so basically how do i go about reducing my fish tank levels for ammonia to 0mg? And also i tested my tank for nitrite earlier and the level was 0.1mg and it's supposed to be 0.01/0.025mg so how do i go about that? I have 9 fish and 2 fry will these levels affect there health in any way, especially the fry. All answers appreciated, thanks 
yes, we did cycle our tank before adding the fish but we did have problems with the pH at the beginning if that helps?! we've had the tank for about 2 months
