HELP!!! AFTER INSTALLING CAR STEREO. IT STILL WON'T POWER ON!?

I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am trying to install a Rampage car stereo. I've hooked all the wiring up according to the Jeep wiring diagram. Radio still will not power on. The Red/white constant doesn't seem to have any power or the red/gray switch wire doesn't seem to have power. What could be the problem? Please Help
