HELP?!?! Advice, Info, Anything?!?! Court case?
State of texas. vs. Me
Ok on feb. of this year i had gone to a party in which by the end of the night i ended up taking a lot of pills called "roaches", some "extacy" and i was high on weed. The next morning still under effect of at least the roaches, i committed a crime.. under the effect i ended up breaking into a campus' dorms. i took some stuff like a laptop, an xbox and other smaller stuff, oh and i think some money.. the next morning i attended class and they apprehended me..
i went to jail, and my parents payed a bond which i am now out on..
i recieved the letter to present myself on the 22 of this month,
in it i am charged with Four counts of burglary..
this is my first offense, i dont even remember doing these things cuz of the drugs.. and i have seriously changed my lifestyle since then..
i have stoped doing drugs, stopped even hanging around the people who influenced me, i have gotten myself a job to save money to try to get myself into college again..
i seriously want to do things right... i have been all this time..
what might i expect during this court date?
what might the judge say?
is there any way i can get like probation or something instead of going to jail? i would even join the military to prove that i am a new better person....
oh yea, also, i returned every single thing upon aprehension the next morning.....
