help activating new cricket phone

ok i got my phone (verizon pink razr) flashed to cricket through ebay he called said everything worked ect and i just got my phone today and tried to activate it and they said that it is already a active phone on someone elses account and that person has to call to deactivate it......so now the guy isnt answering his phone and i was wondering if there is any way to get around this the phone dosent work if you try to call out it gives you a busy signal so i dont know what to do???? please help!!!!

Cricket wasnt all prepay they were at one time a non prepaid company.
Just like today im on an old grand farthered plan I dont pay till the end of the month for my service.

It could have also been a stolen phone as well and they reported it to cricket. Even though its a non cricket phone if someone reports there phone stolen to cricket, cricket will still blacklist the esn.

3 months cricket waits then clears the phones esn unlike other phone companys they just put a history on the phone. I work with cricket

All though i have ran into one phone brand new off the shelf that i paid for IE a alltel razr that i tried to activate once and cindi and over the phone both told me that it was allready in use i had to take the phone to a corprate building in order for it to get activated.
