HELP! About t-mobile phones&plans, asap please?

i need to know if its possible at all to buy the samsung memoir with the 2 year contract off of amazon with the "T-Mobile Even More Individual 500 Plan"(since you HAVE to buy a plan with it, unless you want to pay $500 for the phone itself), i need to know if its even possible to go ahead and get this phone, and when it comes in, i take it to the t-mobile store and change the plan to 500 Even More PLUS?? I HAVE to have unlimited texting, and the plans that come with the cellphone on amazon does NOT have unlimited texting with it...so is it possible to switch my plan once i get it and its already activated with the other plan?? please answer asap cause i need to know before the phone is sold out.
