help about Sharp and Flat?

heres my problem there are sharps beside the g cleff for example theres a sharp sign on the fifth line and other one on the fourth line so all the notes on the fifth and fourth line will be sharp? another example sharp on fourth and fifth line but there are no notes on that specific line all the notes are below 3rd line so what should i do? pls give all the details about the question
