I planed to go to UC Berkeley, University of Michigan, California Institute of Technology or others where it is good to study mechanical engineering or astronomy.
I am from Africa and i am permanent resident in US. My family have very low income. And my father just got laid off.
My questions.
1. I am gonna apply for financial aid and some scholarship. but can the financial aid cover my tuition?
2. Which one do i apply for first? for school then fin.aid? or fin.aid then school? or doesn't matter at all?
3. Do i apply for financial aid online or is it paper work? also what is PIN application and how does it help on FAFSA?
