Help a newbie on making flash games/movies please?

okay i want to learn how to make flash movies/games can someone give me guides to making flashes and give me a free down loadable flash maker or something because i have almost no idea how to make them and i want to learn something
 
You will need a program like Adobe Flash.

You will then have to learn how to work with graphics, movieclips, and timeline animations in flash.

Then, your going to have to learn the Actionscript programming language to be able to program the game controls and interactions.

It is a pretty advanced thing to try to learn on your own. For example, most flash designers took a year or 2 at the university level to get the basics down.
