Help~~~804SS dead after flash to chinese

i had pick this phone to my fd
then my fd flash it to chinese..
after the flashing...the phone cannot power on
and cannot go into the sownload mode(9+PWR)
wt can i do now?? and how can i back to the download mode again?

my v804ss was rebooting - d/led file from above link and phone is better but still not 100% - can't sync with PC - rest works ok.
