location"! So frustrated...? My stupid WMM isn't publishing my movie! Every time I try, I get this error message: Windows Movie maker cannot save the movie to the specified location. Verify that the original source files used in your movie are still available, that the saving location is still available, and that there is enough free disk space available, and then try again.
All I'm trying to do is combine three video clips! I've made sure they're all still in the same place, tried saving in different locations, and I think that 34G is plenty of space for a 20 min. video! But no matter how many times I try, it just won't save. The files are WMV, so that shouldn't be a problem. I've looked up and searched through Microsoft help and discussion forums. I've tried with transitions and without transitions. I've also gone to the Tools-Options and unchecked all the filters. Still doesn't work.
When I add the video clips, WMM splits them up, so I have to combine them just to put them back in original form. But when I put the three of them on the timeline (tried storyboard too, same results) and try to publish, that stupid error message comes up! I've been trying this for almost a week now, and I'm really getting frustrated. The only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling the program and then reinstalling it. But that's a last resort and it would take a while.
