hello i am new and im just saying hi, but why is the metal and rock forum mixed ? i don't want to have to skim around ****ty topics about nirvana and 3 doors down **** them. Anyways i like metal and hardcore, i've been listening to from a second story window, black dahilia murder and dead to fall nonstop lately and that's about it

no really it is the rock/metal forum. We could use some more fans of Dead To Fall and the like in here. You have their new album right? Whats your favorite song on it. I like Stand Your Ground cause it has the most amazing 2-step beat ever. I love dancin'

yeh the singing goes perfectly with the guitar riRAB in that song. that song and bastard set of dreams are good songs. It's awesome how he sings " a thousand open ears and still not a word to say" if you like them check out judas cradle, they're a little more metalcore but still good **** dl we are all statistics we just haven't died yet.

I'm also new. But I'm guessing the purpose of the rock/metal forum is to encourage diversity. If you want to talk only about metal, go to a site such as metaltabs.com. They'll get pissed at you if you talk about anything other than metal.
