How can I fix this? I downloaded the new Adobe Flash Player but it didn't work. Please answer.
 
go to java.com/ click free java download/ save file/ open file/ run/ install/ next

and

go to adobe.com/ click get adobe flash player/ agree and install now/ save file/ open file/ run
