brother and friend in action? I have nightmares at night and during the day I just sit down and stare at wall at home or write memories.
I just came back 2 weeks ago, what can I do to calm down the pain , the nightmares, and especially this feeling of deep,intense, pain for my brother's death ( he died just 3month ago in combat action)
sometimes I'd like to come back over there just to revenge my brother.......sorry I' m crying.
