late July,Any IDEAS?? THANKS? also I am not too sure on what all to do,I will have a lot of American flags,paper plates,stuff like that,but I want to give everyone who comes to the party a little TOKEN of the day and what it stands for ...thanks for all of your answers and for taking the time to help me out, Thank you
 
You can get some really nice medium size stones from many places in your town. They maybe you can paint your son's name on it with an American flag and have him sign it as a reminder for people to pray for him everyday and may Jesus be his rock.
 
you could do a surprise party and have people write down characteristics they love about him and you can get crosses and put"keep ___________(name) in your prayers"
You can have a contest of who can dress with the most army clothes
