...House Dictionary Of American Engli? I know to look on the back of the book. It says 40,000 but above that it says"now bundle with a fully searchable CD-ROM" so i'm thinking that it is talking about the CD-ROM intead of the book. I made a estimate of about an adverage of 30 words in a page and the book contains about 1000 pages so it SHOULD be 30,000 so that is the reason i am asking if anyone know the correct number of words that contains in the book. thank you.
