Hello, i know i am underage for this thing but i am not sure whats wrong with me. I am 12 year olds turning 13 in september, i am new to this website for this specific reason... I eat alright, i bike and walk a during that day i had 2 meals. At night i stood up when i was on a hill with my friends and i quickly collapsed, i then got up like a second later then i felt kind of lightheaded and dissconected from reality, i called my mom from my friends cell phone and asked to be immediately picked up. I then was home and my mom asked if i was on drugs and alchohal. I wasent on drugs but i had 1/3 of a buttershot from my friend for fun. It was his moms licker.. but i did not think that would cause much. I went to sleep when i got home and woke up feeling good.. it is now 9pm almost and i am getting the feeling again. Please help:confused:

Alex: First of all what is a buttershot? And what is his mother's licker? Oh, I just figured that out - it's LIQUOR!!!! I was thinking about licking - as in a lollypop!!! You're mother asked you if you were taking alcohol - that's LIQUOR!!!!!!!! You might have had an adverse reaction to it. You're only 13! You shouldn't be doing that stuff. You're too young and your body can't handle it. You're probably going through puberty on top of it.

Aside from doing the buttershot, I'd say that you need to have your blood sugars tested to see if you're experiencing low blood sugars. The symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) are: shaking, fast heartbeat, sweating, anxiousness, dizziness, hunger, impaired vision, weakness/fatigue, headache, and irritability. You might want to be careful of getting heat exhaustion since it's summer too.

Have your mother take you to the doctor and get checked out to make sure you don't have any other issues going on. Be honest with the doctor and stay away from the LIQUOR!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're exercising and not eating enough your body isn't getting the energy and nutrients it needs to keep you going. You might need to drink stuff like gatorade to keep your electrolites up. You're brain is growing and changing and your hormones are changing in the brain as well.
